Marissa Pysarenko - Office Manager
I have been in dentistry for 28 years. My career began when I was 18 and I went to work for our family dentist who taught me how to assist chairside. I found myself enjoying working the front desk and, even more so, I’ve enjoyed working as a treatment coordinator. I have a passion for working with patients and discussing their treatment, making sure they understand their treatment and answering any of their questions. I am compassionate with patients’ concerns and understanding of finances, helping them with payment options. I love working in the dental world and have met many caring and loving people. I have enjoyed working most of my career in corporate dental offices. Since joining Dr. Hale’s office, and her team, it’s not just a job, it’s a family. The staff are amazing and the patients have been so welcoming. The one thing that stood out is how caring the dentist and her staff are, they are truly caring for their patients. I am a mother of 3 children, 3 fur babies, and grandmother to my granddaughter, and future grandson due in January. I also have 2 fur grandbabies and 2 feather grandbabies. I enjoy long walks, bike riding, and visits to the zoo and downtown museums.
Angela De Francesco - Dental Assistant
recently joined Dr. Hale’s practice with over 20 years of experience in the dental field in several capacities. I am known for my expertise in chair side assisting and for my hard work in managing day-to-day clinical operations. I am sincere and compassionate towards my patients and am concerned for their well-being. I came to Dr. Hale’s practice because I wanted to be a part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares for their patients and each other. A team that is committed to patients receiving not only the best dental care possible, but one that truly cares about the overall health and wellness of their patients. Dr. Hale is dedicated to a greater cause and part of a community that cares about shaping the minds of tomorrow’s future dentists by teaching the students at UIC. I’m proud to be a part of her team and look forward to meeting each and every one of her patients!
